Promoting dignity, confidence, and education for adolescent girls

Our program addresses a critical barrier to education by providing resources and education to ensure girls don't miss school during their periods.

About Our Menstrual Hygiene and Reproductive Health Training

We promote dignity and confidence among adolescent girls by integrating menstrual hygiene education with our education programs. We run menstrual pad-making workshops and provide health information to reduce school absenteeism.

This program addresses a critical barrier to education for girls in rural communities, where lack of access to menstrual products and education can lead to missed school days and decreased academic performance.

Did you know? Many girls in rural Uganda miss up to 20% of the school year due to inadequate menstrual hygiene management resources and education.
